Above price represents 10% of the full price of the structure for solar panels and is considered as the first down-payment to make a reservation.
Included: ribs, horizontal struts (3 struts between each pair of ribs), fittings to connect struts to ribs, wire rope (to be placed parallel to struts) and wire fittings.
Not included are photovoltaic solar panels (and rectangular frame they are in), delivery and assembly of structure for solar panels as well as concrete underground columns.
Process. When you make a pre-order it will be for a rough size. Before we start manufacturing you will need to provide precise dimensions of your intended rectangular solar panel rack sizes, based on which we will re-run the model and generate precise solar structure dimensions to fit your panels. At that stage you will have an option to specify terrace size (with or without terrace roof) at 120 EUR/m2. Once dimensions are fully set, we will ask you to settle the balance up to 80% of total value before we manufacture your order.
Material. Structures for solar panels are manufactured in the EU using high quality locally manufactured plywood that can be used in outdoor conditions. It is coated with painting film, 4 layers of paint to ensure complete protection from elements. Galvanised metal wire rope (most durable for outdoor conditions) is used for additional structural integrity.
Shipping. Orders can be delivered within the EU in a standard shipping container (all parts are made to size that fit in the container). Delivery is not included in the price above but we can help arrange a very competitive rate for shipping within the EU.
Technicalities. We will provide you with technical drawings and plywood certificates. You are solely responsible to adhere to your local building code and processes thereof. We are happy to work with your architect/technical engineer.
Solar panel position effectiveness. Panel position effectiveness % above shows how much of power is acquired compared to ideally positioned stationary panels, provided that you place structure with panels facing the south. Calculations were performed using Berlin as a reference location. We can re-run calculation/optimisation of angles for your location on request for no extra charge.
